Changing section anchor name

You should find file functions.options.php (wp-content\themes\oceanplaza\admin\functions) and change to your name the field of theme options, for example, About us to Technology in the line

$of_options[] = array("name" => "About Us",

like at the screenshot

 then find file admin-style.css (\wp-content\themes\oceanplaza\admin\assets\css) and change class to the new name of a section.
