Theme header autoplay

Theme hasn’t such feature for video header. You can make this next way:

1. Download and replace files template-parts.php in folder wp-content\themes\paul\includes and common.php in folder wp-content\themes\paul\includes\acf. These files are attached.

2. In your page settings you should see Autoplay and Mute checkbox for video. Adjuste these settings.
